Can I inspect the phone case inside the parcel before paying COD?
Yes, absolutely! RetailDokan strictly permits Open-Box Verification. When the delivery rider arrives, you can open the courier flyer in front of them, inspect the color, phone model, and quality of the cases, and then make the cash payment.
How long does delivery take inside and outside Dhaka?
For orders inside Dhaka, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. For divisional and district cities across Bangladesh (e.g. Dinajpur, Bogura, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi), standard delivery takes 2 to 3 days via our express courier partner Steadfast Courier.
What if I ordered the wrong phone model or want a replacement?
We provide a 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy. If you accidentally ordered the wrong model (e.g. iPhone 15 instead of iPhone 15 Pro Max) or received a defect, contact our support team at 01712-345678 and we will arrange a replacement parcel right away.
Can I reschedule my delivery time or change my location?
